A piece part of my new 'Cloris' series, inspired by a recent trip to the island of Kos.
 
‘Cloris’ was a Greek goddess who was associated with flowers and new growth - very significant for me at the moment. I am also interested in the distortion of an image how nothing is quite what it seems.
 
'Greek Floral Tales'' is a celebration of this beautiful Pink Bougainvillea flower seen across the Mediterrnean and the 'Frangipani flower. Hazy summer flowers that conjur up memories and the excitment of a Summer holiday
